The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven operator to take the wheel across all construction activity in the region. As VP of Regional Operations, you’ll drive strategy, team performance, and financial results. From jobsite to boardroom, your leadership keeps projects tight, clients satisfied, and the region growing.
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Execution
- Build and own the regional business plan—forecasting, hiring, growth plays, and resourcing.
- Track market trends and move ahead of risk before it shows up.
- Be the regional voice in companywide planning and exec-level strategy.
️ Project Oversight
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: precon ➡️ closeout ➡️ warranty.
- Champion execution: safety, schedule, quality, and cost control come first.
- Monitor KPIs and jump in early when things need a course correction.
P&L & Financial Leadership
- Own the numbers: revenue, margin, cash flow—all yours.
- Approve budgets and capital investments that move the needle.
- Find ways to drive financial performance while staying lean and efficient.
Client Relationships & Growth
- Be the face of the region—maintain and grow high-value client partnerships.
- Back business development on key pursuits, RFPs, and interviews.
- Win repeat work and position the region to dominate its market.

- Lead a high-performance ops team—PMs, Supers, Project Execs, and Precon leads.
- Mentor and develop top talent. You don’t just manage, you build leaders.
- Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
⚖️ Risk & Compliance
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and legal compliance.
- Get ahead of risks—contractual, operational, and financial.
- Lead incident reviews and make sure the same mistake doesn’t happen twice.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus)
- ️ 15+ years in commercial construction; 5+ in exec/regional leadership
- Track record of managing large, complex projects and teams
- Financial fluency—budgeting, forecasting, cost control
- Strategic thinker, clear communicator, rock-solid under pressure
