Vending Route Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the over-all functioning of all vending machines and related equipment
- Responsible for machine and micro-market readiness, pre-delivery set-up, programming, transport, and installation
- Participate in determining machine/micro-market lay-out/design, actual on-site device placement, and machine efficiency
- Repair, install, and adjust vending machinery and distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Serve as a customer service representative to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Valid Class C drivers license and good driving record required
- 2-3 years customer service and/or related experience
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields; experience in vending machine repair strongly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Perform other related duties as assigned
