This vital role is responsible for the production, assembly, and servicing of various vehicles and vehicle-related machinery. Individuals in this position play a crucial role in continually ensuring our products are assembled with the strictest attention to detail, and services are performed competently to uphold our prestigious standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and fit vehicle parts and accessories as per detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect and test assembled components or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and routine check-ups on vehicles and equipment, identifying and rectifying any faults.
• Communicate with other team members and departments to optimize assembly and service processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Proactively learn about new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve productivity and quality of work.

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A vocational or technical qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in vehicle assembly and service, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and industrial machinery and equipment is crucial.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Good physical stamina and strength, as the role may involve lifting heavy equipment and components.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to coordinate with peers and act upon directives from superiors.
