Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Woking

Area Covered: Woking

Salary: £45,000 + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00



Are you an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Facilities Maintenance provider and play a key role in delivering high-quality building services across residential sites in Woking.



Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.

Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.

Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.

Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.

Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific procedures.

Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.✅ Candidate Requirements

City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.

Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.

Proven background in commercial maintenance. What’s on Offer
