Job Title: Utility Maintenance & Janitorial Associate
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Shift: TBD

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks as well as janitorial duties to support operations and uphold sanitation standards in our food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine facility maintenance, including minor repairs to equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles, sweep, mop, and sanitize designated areas.
- Assist in maintaining grounds, such as removing garbage from parking lot.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support production teams with utility tasks such as moving equipment, setting up work areas, or other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience (food manufacturing experience a plus).
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
