Hansel Auto Group is looking for a Used Vehicle Inventory Coordinator to help manage and organize our pre-owned inventory—from acquisition to reconditioning to online merchandising. If you’re ready to take ownership of a fast-paced role that connects sales, service, and inventory systems, we want to meet you!

Pay Range

Pay Range is $20 per hour.

The Parts Driver/Freight Associate position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00

Responsibilities

• Process incoming used vehicle purchases and assign them to appropriate service shops for reconditioning
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure timely and accurate repair and prep
• Partner with the Used Car Manager to maintain inventory flow and readiness for sale
• Merchandise used vehicles online using systems with compelling and correct descriptions
• Reconcile inventory between vAuto, CDK, and physical lot counts to ensure accuracy
• Evaluate smog requirements and ensure compliance for each vehicle
• Coordinate auction vehicle pickups/deliveries and documentation
• Support the lot attendant team with overflow work and special requests

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership operations or inventory management
• Familiarity with vAuto, CDK, or similar software is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
• Must be able to obtain a California VIN Verifier License (we provide guidance)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
