NOW HIRING: Lead HVAC Installer & Service Manager

West County Heating & Cooling | Pacific, MO (Serving the Entire St. Louis Metro Area)
Full-Time | $35–$50/hr (Lead Installer) + Commission & Bonuses | $70k–$90k/yr (Service Manager) + Bonuses

West County Heating & Cooling is growing — and we’re looking for experienced HVAC leaders to help us meet demand and maintain our high standards.
We are not hiring helpers or apprentices for these positions. These are leadership roles for people who can run the job, lead a crew, and deliver exceptional results.

We have two openings:

• Lead Installer – Be the expert in the field, take ownership of installs, and mentor your crew.

• Service Manager – Run our service department and keep operations smooth.

Position 1: Lead HVAC Installer

Own the install. Lead the team. Deliver quality every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage residential installs from start to finish

• Supervise and train apprentices/junior installers

• Communicate with customers and the office

• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance

• Occasionally assist with light service work or quoting

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years HVAC install experience

• EPA certification & valid driver’s license

• Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a lead role

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in the field

Position 2: HVAC Service Manager

Keep the service department running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee service scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications

• Manage parts ordering, vendor coordination, and warranty claims

• Prepare estimates and quotes

• Support and guide field techs and apprentices

• Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid HVAC service or office management background

• Confident communicator (phone & in-person)

• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Leadership mindset with ability to coordinate a team
