NOW HIRING: HVAC Service Manager & Lead Installer
West County Heating & Cooling | St. Louis County, MO
Full-Time | $30–$45/hr (Installer) | $70k–$90k/yr (Manager) + Benefits & Bonuses
West County Heating & Cooling is growing — and we’re building out our leadership team to support the next phase. We’re actively hiring an experienced HVAC Service Manager and a skilled Lead Installer to help us manage increased demand and keep our high standards of service and quality.

✅ HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
Be the go-to person for the front office and field coordination.
Responsibilities:

Manage service scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications

Handle parts ordering, vendor coordination, and warranty claims

Create estimates and prepare quotes

Support and guide the field techs and apprentices

Ensure jobs run smoothly and customers stay informed
Requirements:
-
Strong background in HVAC service or office management
-
Confident phone presence and strong computer skills
-
High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
-
Leadership mindset — organized, assertive, and team-oriented
✅ LEAD INSTALLER
Own the install. Mentor your crew. Represent us in the field.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage residential install jobs from start to finish
-
Supervise or train apprentices and junior installers
-
Communicate effectively with the office and customers

Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
-
Occasional light service work or quoting as needed
Requirements:
-
5+ years HVAC install experience
-
EPA Certified
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Leadership experience or a desire to step into that role
