Job Description: Conduct all ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audits, management review meetings, customer audits anddocument performance toward quality objectives? Improve and update our current ISO 9001:2015 Quality System and will implement ISO 14001 andOSHAS 18001 systems going forward.? Prepare and maintain Quality Checklists, forms, and reports. Review actual procedures whenrequired.? Provide updates to Directors and other staff as required.? Supervises daily continuous improvement activities and ensures consistency in applying leanprinciples across the enterprise in all functional areas.? Manage and initiate RCCA for Customer Satisfaction Surveys & Customer Complaints to ensureresolution and feedback to the customer.? Create and deploy a robust system to analyze KPIs and initiate RCCA to reduce rework costs inproduction.? Collect and report on key indicators (KPIs) for Customer, Internal & Supplier Performance creatingactions to improve when necessary.? Evaluate procedural change requirements and make the necessary document changes in conjunctionwith process owners.? Create and issue internal Corrective Action or Supplier Corrective Action Requests.? Participates in the development and continuous improvement of global HSE initiatives to ensurecompliance with applicable codes, regulations and industry leading safety practices.? Promotion of HSE Programs and awareness within the organization.? Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation complies with aensure and safe working environment for all team members within busy manufacturing and service? environment. Manage company Safety file.? Noting and identifying any unsafe acts in other to teach other employees?
