We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Trust and Estate Planning Attorney who is ready to hit the ground running. You'll be trusted to lead client relationships, deliver high-quality legal work, and be a key part of the team that values purpose, performance and people. Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations and provide strategic, values-based legal advice.
• Draft and review customized estate plans, business planning documents, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Support families through trust and probate administration with empathy and professionalism.
• Represent clients in court, when necessary.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with estate planning and probate laws.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Michigan.
• 2 + years of experience in estate planning and probate.
• Strong drafting and client communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management.
• Ability to meet firm-established minimum collection requirements.
• A team mindset and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
