At Midwest Motors, we take pride in providing top-notch truck customization and installation services. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' specific needs. We have become one of the largest fleet and commercial upfitters in the region Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Installer to join us

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install equipment such as: service bodies, platforms, van packages, hoists, electrical components and circuits, shelving and drawer systems, ladder racks, and other mechanical items
• Utilize instructions to assemble and install parts accurately.
• Operate various tools such as power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding installations or repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills and abilities

• Experience in automotive repair, aftermarket, and accessories wiring.
• Basic mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience
• Familiarity with welding and fabrication processes and the ability follow instructions effectively.
• Experience with industrial equipment is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for installation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus; forklift experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
