We’re looking for a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support a variety of commercial construction projects—including theaters, fuel stations, and big box retail—ranging from renovations to full ground-up builds.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Site: Assist the Superintendent in coordinating daily on-site activities and subcontractor operations
• Keep Things Moving: Help manage schedules, deliveries, and progress tracking to maintain project momentum
• Promote Safety & Teamwork: Foster a culture of safety and collaboration among field teams
• Track the Details: Maintain daily reports, site photos, and quality control logs to document progress
• Finish Strong: Assist in punch list management and project close-out procedures

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations (required)
• Willingness to travel full-time to job sites across the U.S.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to job site management
• Familiarity with reading plans, blueprints, and construction specs
• A team-player mindset and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally between job sites
