Your Role

As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, youll maintain and enhance commercial properties, ensuring they operate seamlessly. From troubleshooting to preventive maintenance, youll deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional service, working independently from a state-of-the-art service vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and small projects (carpentry, painting, minor plumbing).
  
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances, walls, windows, doors, and more.
  
  
• Conduct inspections and maintenance to prevent costly disruptions.
  
  
• Assist with minor HVAC and plumbing tasks alongside specialized technicians.
  
  
• Engage with clients to confirm needs and ensure satisfaction.
  
  
• Adhere to safety standards and building regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with power tools, ladders, and equipment.

Experience:

• Demonstrated facility maintenance skills in light electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and commercial HVAC across various commercial and institutional settings.
  
  

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
  
  
• Trade school training in building-related fields .
  
  
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
