We are seeking a Top Electrical Helper to join our team on traveling projects across North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the trade while supporting licensed electricians on commercial and industrial job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems

• Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, switches, and lighting under supervision

• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Travel to various job sites as required (per diem provided where applicable)

Requirements:

• 2-4 year of experience as an electrical helper or apprentice

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, heights, confined spaces)

• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from licensed electricians
