Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

Travel required and work performed within any of the 15 southern US States in which we are licensed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time and on-budget completion of commercial construction and new development projects.

Your primary duties will include:

• Managing construction, manpower, and financial activities
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site
• Uploading weekly and daily reports
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success
• Travel across Southeast United States for various commercial construction projects.

Required Experience:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent specializing in ground-up projects in the following industries:
• Gas Stations
• Retail
• Automotive
• Restaurants
• Commercial Offices
• Financial Institutions

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Ground up Restaurant experience ()
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and coordination
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification ()
• NPDS Certification ()
