Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

\n

• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 7:00 AM with occasional flexibility
\n• 13-week contract assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week
\n• No weekend requirements
\n• On-call responsibilities when low censused with 2-hour minimum call back
\n• Single employee tech department requiring full functionality from day one
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ARRT (N) or CNMT
\n• Minimum 3+ years of experience required
\n• Charting experience required in EPIC and Philips iSite PACS
\n• Knowledge of SPECT/CT procedures required
\n• Perform general nuclear medicine studies including bone scans, renal, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lymphoscintigraphy, cardiac studies, and parathyroid scans
\n• Heavy focus on cardiac studies
\n• Work with Siemens Symbia Intevo Excel SPECT/CT equipment
\n• Contract eligible for 36-hour low census
\n• GSA hours not guaranteed during week
\n• Guaranteed hours may be affected during holidays when unit is closed
\n• Associate degree or certificate required
