Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

\n

• Work in Nuclear Medicine Department on 1st floor
\n• Day shift position with 1-2 technicians depending on volumes
\n• Operate GE and Philips equipment
\n• Use Meditech EMR system
\n• Required certifications: ARRT(NM) or CNMTB, Texas GMRT, ACLS
\n• Perform bone scans, I-131s, VQ scans, DAT scans, thyroid uptake, and nuclear cardiology/stress procedures
\n• Manage high volume workload requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills
\n• Provide excellent customer service to departments, physicians, and patients
\n• Acute care experience and comprehensive nuclear medicine skills
\n• Must be efficient and able to foster strong working relationships
