Role specifics and benefits: As a Medical Laboratory Technician in this travel program, you will perform and supervise routine and specialized tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and related disciplines; prepare specimens; run calibrations, controls, and instrument maintenance; verify results and document findings in the Laboratory Information System; ensure specimen integrity and compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and facility policies; participate in quality improvement initiatives; troubleshoot analyzers, assist with method validations, and train less experienced staff where needed.
