Position: ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.

• Analyze and interpret test results to assist in patient diagnosis.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Document and report test results accurately and promptly.

• Ensure high visibility of work activity and achievement of targets.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Monitor and improve laboratory processes to enhance efficiency.

• Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.

• Provide training and guidance to junior laboratory staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting and analyzing laboratory tests for accurate patient diagnosis.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.

• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in laboratory settings.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

• Ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment effectively.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills for test results.

• Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care.

• Proactive in participating in professional development and training.

• Strong inventory management skills for laboratory supplies.

• Ability to guide and train junior laboratory staff effectively.
