Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Analyze test results and report findings to medical staff promptly.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.

• Document and maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

• Engage in quality control measures to ensure test accuracy.

• Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in laboratory science.

Experience/Qualifications

• Perform laboratory tests with high precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.
