Key Content is an SEO-focused content agency that connects clients to the right audience. Our unique content delivers conversion rates as well as improved search rankings and traffic while ensuring brand integrity. Founded in 2010, we are a global team of writers, video producers, market experts, brand developers and SEO specialists connected through our smart proprietary technology.

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on a number of high-profile accounts in London. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some agency experience that are looking to develop and grow. This is a remote position but there will be regular meetings taking place in London. Please note that this is a contractor role.

You will contribute to our success by

• Managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the Client Service Director
• Handling client requests on time, budget and according to requirements using our tools and liaising with other project managers
• Building relationships with clients to support their digital marketing strategies
• Attending regular client meetings both in-person and remote
• Analysing and monitor KPIs to drive improvements
• Managing suppliers and partners
• Joining meetings with internal stakeholders when required
• Review and give the final approval to the English content

Your strengths

• Prior experience working in content or digital marketing agency (1-2 years)
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Solid presentation skills
• Curiosity: you are interested in content, marketing, technology and you enjoy learning and developing yourself
• Passion for all things digital
• Excellent collaboration and the ability to work well in a multicultural and international environment
• Organizational skills that help you multitasking
• Analytical skills that allow you to make decisions based on data.
