Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist III to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for a pharmaceutical sales organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong field-sales knowledge with expertise in learning facilitation, project management, and marketing collaboration. This role requires hands-on experience with Veeva Promats, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and related tools to create impactful learning materials that drive performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate effective training programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Develop compliant learning content and supporting materials aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead workshops and presentations that enhance product and disease-state knowledge.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate training initiatives with business goals.
• Provide performance coaching and actionable feedback to participants.
• Manage training timelines, deliverables, and documentation using project-management tools.
• Utilize Veeva Promats, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite to organize and deliver training assets.
• Support ongoing improvement of training effectiveness through participant evaluations and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent).
• Proven background in training design, facilitation, and delivery.
• Strong project-management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency with Veeva Promats, SharePoint, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Immunology or related therapeutic areas .

Experience

• Experience as a Field Trainer or District Sales Trainer.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across sales and marketing teams.
