Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)
Clearance: Must be a U.S. and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract.

Summary:
The Trainer will deliver learning programs that build IT and cybersecurity knowledge for DHS CISA staff. This role ensures employees gain the skills necessary to support modernization and mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions.

• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and training guides.

• Assess training effectiveness and adjust methods or materials as needed.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to align content with organizational goals and standards.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to reinforce learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience delivering professional training programs.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with IT or cybersecurity-related training .

• Familiarity with e-learning tools and adult learning methodologies a plus.
