We are now looking for a bilingual Trainer / Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role 

As a Trainer / Consultant, you will help client organisations strengthen their oil spill preparedness and response capabilities.

Specifically, you will develop and deliver training programs and consultancy projects tailored to a variety of client needs, working both locally and internationally to provide effective services and solutions.

Working closely with global delivery teams, you will help maintain and improve the quality of training and consultancy services, benchmarking against industry expectations and developing standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Additionally, you will:

- Support larger projects and manage smaller assignments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support client oil spill response exercises and prepare exercise materials
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental requirements

About You

To be considered as a Trainer / Consultant, you will need:

- Proven experience in field oil spill response or a related training or consultancy role
- Demonstrable expertise in a relevant specialism, such as engineering or environmental management
- Proficiency in standard IT applications, with the ability to use systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
- The ability to work towards the Consultant/Trainer ACMS Standard
