The Opportunity:

This role suits someone who wants to start a career in recruitment with long-term potential. One of their current consultants joined with zero experience and was promoted within 6 months. Another trainee is already mentoring others after their first year.

Theyll teach you everything

from sourcing candidates to speaking with clients and closing deals

as long as you bring the work ethic.

What Youll Be Doing

Speaking to candidates and clients in the Renewable Energy sector

Making calls, writing job ads.

Working closely with senior recruiters to learn the full sales/recruitment process

Requirements:

No recruitment experience necessary

Must be confident communicating with people

Resilience and drive are essential

this is a phone-heavy, target-led role

Must be based in or willing to commute into London 5 days a week
