This role is ideally suited to a highly motivated individual at the early stages of their career who is looking to gain structured, hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with experienced project managers and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, including commercial aspects of project delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects from inception through to completion\nSupport the preparation of project programmes, schedules, and cost plans\nMonitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards\nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including reports, risk registers, and change logs\nAttend site visits and project meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions\nSupport procurement processes and contract administration activities\nAssist with the preparation, review, and submission of quotes and tenders\nDevelop a commercially minded approach, supporting cost control and value engineering where appropriate\nEnsure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards at all stages of the project \n\nCandidate Profile:\n\nEducated to degree level (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential)\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nHigh level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability\nCommercially aware, with an interest in understanding project costs, pricing, and tendering processes\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is advantageous\nA proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in developing a career in project management \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nStructured training programme and ongoing professional development\nMentorship from experienced project management professionals\nClear and achievable career progression pathways\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nExposure to a variety of high-quality projects\nSupportive and collaborative working environment \n\nApplication Process:\n\nTo apply, please submit your CV outlining your relevant skills.
