Trainee Product Support Engineer (Hardware)

Job Description

FT Recruitment Group have partnered with a well-known, technical energy business who are looking to recruit a Product Support Engineer. This position is more focused towards the hardware/product side of IT rather than software/application development.

Key duties:

• Prepare equipment and software for rental/sale
• Product Testing
• Provide customer support and training
• Assist in developing and maintaining Manuals and User Guides
• Use of third-party software systems for tracking of Goods-In and Goods-Out
• Provide assistance with mobilisations and vessel visits

This role would suit a graduate/college leaver from either a computing or engineering-related subject. Basic commuting hardware/networking experience would be beneficial, however, not essential at this stage.
