Trainee Marine Engineer (Multi Skilled)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you looking to join a family ran successful company with the opportunity to receive manufacturing training, performance related bonus and progression to management positions available?

In this role, you will be working within a small team to service new and refurbished boats, whilst fitting electrical equipment, such as navigation systems and battery chargers, whilst being given the relevant training to grow and progress. There will be occasional site visits locally, meaning plenty of day-to-day variety.

Founded over 50 years ago, the family ran boat servicing company specialise in refurbishing new and existing boats. Boasting steady growth over the years alongside a great reputation in their industry.

This role will suit a Junior Engineer looking to work within a family ran company offering great training services with progression and a company bonus.
The Role:
* Servicing boats and equipment
* Fitting electronic equipment
* Refurbishing new and existing boats
* Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

* Mechanical or Electrical Background
* Commutable to Brightlingsea
