Job Title: Trainee Maintenance & Operations Engineer\nLocation: Dartford\nSalary: £33,000 - £35,000 D.O.E\nShift: Monday to Friday\n07:00AM - 18:00PM (Also required on call)\nWe are seeking a Skilled Maintenance & Operations Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dartford. This position is critical for maintaining production efficiency, safety, and quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on production and building equipment.\n• Carry out fault-finding, diagnosis, and emergency breakdown repairs.\n• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and maintain accurate logs.\n• Ensure production lines meet performance targets and quality specifications.\n• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery and reduce energy consumption.\n• Perform shift handovers and maintain strict health and safety compliance.\nEssential Requirements:\n• Qualification: Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent/above).\n• Experience: Minimum 2 years within a manufacturing environment.\n• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives, and pneumatic systems.\n• Fault Finding: Proven ability to troubleshoot with and without technical drawings.\n• Attributes: Initiative-driven, good communicator, and a focus on safety
