Trainee Estimator (Construction)
Birmingham
£28,000 - £32,000 + Mentorship + Progression
Are you a Trainee/Graduate Estimator or similar looking to join a nationwide construction company and launch your career with structured training, professional qualification support, mentoring, and clear progression into senior estimating roles?

As a Trainee Estimator, you will help prepare cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities. You will review drawings and project documents, communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, and check costs for materials, labour, and equipment. You will keep project records up to date, assist Senior Estimators with submissions, learn estimating software, take part in cost-saving exercises, and attend occasional site visits.
