Trainee Estimator \n\nPertemps are currently recruiting for a Trainee Estimator to join a leading bathroom design company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. This is a full-time permanent position.\n\nResponsibilities as a Trainee Estimator:\n\nOffer early engagement with architects and contractors to assist with drawings and designs \n\nPrepare tenders as part of a team \n\nMeasure and mark up drawings that form part of quotations for the client\n\nPut together labour and product prices for projects \n\nLiaise with new / potential customers by phone and email \n\nFollow up on potential leads \n\nAssist with project management duties \n\nRequirements:\n\nExcellent attention to detail \n\nConfidence in dealing with customers / suppliers \n\nStrong understanding of bathroom construction \n\nExcellent Microsoft Office \n\nAbility to meet deadlines and adapt to urgent tasks  \n\nThe Role:\n\nMonday – Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm\n\nStarting Salary of £26,000, negotiable depending on experience  \n\nFull time, permanent position \n\nLocated on the outskirts of Basingstoke\n\n25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays\n\nCompany-wide bonus scheme\n\nIf you are interested in this Trainee Estimator position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
