Tradeshow Display Fabricator/Carpenter

The Tradeshow Exhibit Fabricator is a full-time hourly position, with overtime as needed. Formatech utilizes a broad variety of materials including wood, metal and plastics, so we are seeking a versatile, self-starter for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Fabricate displays from a variety of materials (wood, metal, laminates, plastics)
• Minimum 3 years of finish carpentry/construction/remodeling experience
• Proficient in the use and hand & power tools, along with shop machinery
• Ability to read blueprints to produce custom components
• Forklift experience a plus
• Some electrical knowledge a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Occasional travel to trade shows (10%)
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
