Are you ready to take the next step in your planning career? We're working with a highly respected, independent town planning consultancy based in Cheltenham, known for their dynamic team culture and impactful projects across the UK. They're looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping the communities of tomorrow.\n\nAs a Senior Planner, you'll be at the forefront of a diverse range of planning projects, supporting clients from inception through to delivery.

Working on anything from large housing estates, new retail or industrial buildings to individual houses and Barn conversions.\n\nNo two days are the same. You could be:\n\nDelivering planning strategies for new housing developments.\n\nUnlocking sites for mixed-use regeneration projects.\n\nPreparing evidence for planning inquiries and appeals.\n\nAdvising investors on land development potential.\n\nCollaborating with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists on creative, sustainable schemes.\n\nHelping shape the growth and character of towns, villages, and urban extensions.\n\nFor this role we are looking for candidates\n\nHolds a degree in Town Planning or a related field with proven planning experience.\n\nYou will hold a valid UK driving licence (essential for site visits).\n\nIn return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.\n\nInterested?
