We are seeking a talented and motivated Town Planner / Senior Town Planner to join a growing planning team working across a diverse portfolio of projects. The Role
As a key member of the planning team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex planning projects across residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors. Depending on your experience, you may also manage client relationships, oversee planning applications, and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and contributing to planning applications and development management work.
Preparing high-quality planning reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
Advising on planning policy, legislation, and government guidance.
Presenting information clearly to clients, stakeholders, and public audiences.
Supporting business development activities and project delivery.
Collaborating with colleagues across multi-disciplinary teams.
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven planning experience at a senior level within the public or private sector.
Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards chartership for less senior roles).
Experience in Development Management, Planning Policy, and/or Minerals & Waste.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and government policy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing reports and planning statements.
Confidence presenting to a range of audiences.
Desirable
Experience writing proofs of evidence and attending public inquiries or examinations.
Project management and research skills.
Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
