The firm work with a diverse range of clients including developers, landowners, local authorities, and architects, delivering expert advice on projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes.



Responsibilities



* Deliver planning advice and strategies on a wide range of development projects



* Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, appeals, and representations



* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to navigate planning processes efficiently



* Assist with site appraisals and development feasibility



Requirements



* RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline



* MRTPI (or working towards chartership)



* Relevant Planning experience (private consultancy )



* Strong report writing, communication, and client-facing skills



* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery
