PAY RANGE: $15 - $19.97 / hour
Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications.

The Tire Service Technician supports our energy and agronomy operations by repairing, replacing, and maintaining tires for various equipment and vehicles. This role ensures that our equipment operates safely and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities include tire repair and replacement, product delivery, inventory control, and maintenance of tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Repair, replace, and balance tires as needed.
Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company standards.
Deliver products to customers and communicate potential sales leads to your supervisor.
Assist with inventory control by maintaining accurate daily records and ensuring all product is accounted for.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Interacting with customers to deliver products or provide technical assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in agriculture and energy work is .
Obtain a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with required endorsements (e.g., HazMat, Tanker) within six months of employment and maintain a clean driving record.
Follow safety and compliance standards to help ensure their well-being and the safety of others.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate specialized equipment are .
Ability to operate, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment safely and effectively.
