Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Roselle to identify a TIG Welder to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Interpreting dimensional drawings, gathering and cutting materials to specification, setting up and squaring off the workpiece, and performing tack welds.
• Ensuring each weld is clean, smooth, and structurally sound.
• Working with square tubing to construct frames and other straightforward tasks, with the opportunity to progress into pipe and tube welding as experience and comfort with the role grows

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 to 5+ years of TIG welding (GTAW) experience
• Experience welding stainless steel and a variety of other materials
• Experience in pipe and tube welding is a must
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures, levels, and squares for fit-up and tacking of stainless steel frames
