TIG Welder – Fabrication\n\nPay Rate: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)\nHours: 42.5 hours per week (Full-time, Monday to Friday)\nJob Type: Permanent Position\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a busy fabrication and engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality welding, fabrication, and assembly work across a range of materials, working to precise engineering specifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals\n\n * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications\n\n * Ensuring all welds meet required quality standards and tolerances\n\n * Inspecting finished work for accuracy and compliance\n\n * Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment\n\n * Working effectively as part of a production/fabrication team\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n * Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel/aluminium )\n\n * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings\n\n * Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship standards\n\n * Good understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment\n\n * NVQ or equivalent qualification in welding (desirable but not essential)\n\nSalary Structure\n\n * Under 3 years TIG welding experience: £15.00 – £16.25 per hour\n\n * 3+ years TIG welding experience: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Permanent, long-term opportunity\n\n * Full-time stable employment\n\n * Overtime opportunities available\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * On-site parking\n\n * Supportive working environment
