We’re hiring for a TIG Welder to join a skilled engineering team in Westhoughton.



This role focuses heavily on aluminium work, producing clean, precise welds for a variety of components.



What’s on offer?



* Up to £33,280k p/a (d.o.e)



* Mon – Fri | 6am – 2:30pm



* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)



* Standard pension scheme



* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)



What will you be doing as a TIG Welder?



* Carrying out TIG welding on a range of fabricated components



* Working confidently with aluminium to produce clean, accurate welds



* Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and technical specs



* Performing first-off and in-process quality checks



* Supporting other fabrication tasks when required



What will you need?



* Proven experience in TIG welding (aluminium experience essential)



* Ability to work from fabrication and engineering drawings



* High attention to detail and strong quality standards



* Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
