Are you a skilled assembler with excellent TIG Welding experience?  We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team near the Tampa Bay Fairgrounds. This is a unique hybrid role that combines a variety of hands-on tasks. It is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.

This position is primarily focused on assembly with welding as a backup, but it has the potential to become a full-time welding position as our business continues to grow. If you're a good hands-on assembler with TIG welding experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of metal/aluminum structures, using a range of tools.

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for various products.

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly and welding.

• Analyze processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and best practices.

• Assist in other shop duties as needed to support the team.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have TIG welding experience with aluminum and steel. You will be required to pass a welding performance test.

• Experience with a variety of hand tools and shop equipment, including:

  • Drill press

  • Hand drill

  • Chop saw

  • Screwdrivers, wrenches, and socket sets

  • Allen wrenches

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Willingness to work in both an assembly and welding capacity.

• Forklift certification is , but we are willing to provide training and certification for the right candidate.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday, generally from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production deadlines.
