Job Title: TIG Welder

Shift: 2nd

Location: Kentwood, MI

Pay: Up to $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning as required.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience (entry-level applicants with training considered).
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Familiarity with weld gauges and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Welding certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
