Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Redditch

Pay Rate: Up to £16 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with overtime available depending on workload)



* Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm



* Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm



The Role



We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. Working with stainless steel and aluminium, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding to precise standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Key Responsibilities



* Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel and/or aluminium to exact specifications.



* Work from engineering drawings to produce accurate, high-quality welds.



* Meet daily production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.



* Operate independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.



* Ensure all work is carried out in line with strict quality and safety procedures.



* Collaborate with supervisors and the quality department to maintain best practices.



Skills & Experience Required



* Minimum 2 years’ experience in TIG welding (aluminium and/or stainless steel).



* Strong ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.



* Proven track record of meeting production targets with precision.



* Experience welding to standards such as 9606-1 & 9606-2 (desirable).



* Previous background in manufacturing or fabrication ()
