Are you an experienced Welder with strong MIG and TIG skills?



Our client, a leading UK manufacturer supplying equipment to an expanding market, is looking for a skilled Welder to join their growing team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable employment in a clean and well-equipped workshop environment.



The Role:

As a Welder, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality MIG and TIG welds on a variety of steel and stainless-steel components. Working from technical drawings, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring all work meets exact specifications and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities:



Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and other materials

Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication diagrams

Carry out quality checks, ensuring clean and precise welds

Maintain welding equipment and tools to a high standard

Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production deadlines

Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Support wider fabrication and assembly tasks as requiredAbout You:



Proven MIG and TIG welding experience

Ability to read and work accurately from engineering drawings

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Strong understanding of workshop safety and fabrication practices

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Welding qualifications or certifications (advantageous)What's on Offer:
