Job Description

We are working with a global specialty Insurance client who are looking for a Third Party Risk Manager with experience working on transformation projects to lead a global Target Operating Model for Third Party Risk Management in a complex, regulated environment. This position will involve managing policy, frameworks, and technology enablement to raise control maturity, streamline processes, and meet evolving regulations (GDPR, DORA, CSRD, CSDDD).

What you will deliver:

• Establish and improve TPRM policies, governance, standards, and toolkits.
• Orchestrate the rollout and adoption of a global TPRM technology platform, integrating with existing processes and regional service centres.
• Build capabilities: training, monitoring, management information and reporting, and best practice assessments.
• Partner across Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Finance, IT, and Operations; act as the TPRM subject matter expert on enterprise initiatives.
• Run risk oversight, reporting, and forums; track emerging risks and regulatory change.
• Drive change, challenge the status quo, and embed the TOM with continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

• Existing TPRM experience in financial services, Insurance would be advantageous (Essential).
• Proven delivery of policies and frameworks, and hands on platform implementation.
• Strong knowledge of TPRM and regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, CSRD, CSDDD).
• Stakeholder influence across global, matrix organisations; clear communication.
• Project and process discipline; specifically related to TPRM transformation.
• Analytical, agile, and solutions focused mindset.
