You are supported by technical experts and align with other technical disciplines and the proposal and sales team.How You’ll Make an ImpactReview Request for Quotations (RFQs), identify critical project requirements, and convert customer and project specifications into internal requirements, developing comments and deviations with input from engineering departmentsCoordinate with engineering departments to gather cost input and review cost estimates alongside project execution schedulesIdentify project specific risks and quantifying them. Develop mitigations to ensure proper proposal cost calculation and documentationEstablish and negotiate scope of supply (DOR/DOS) with costumer and external partnersParticipate in customer and Architect Engineer meetings, conference calls and contract negotiation meetings and ensure technical documents are consistent with cost and project requirementsCoordinate with sales, commercial, finance and engineering groups to support proposal activitiesOption for further development to take over team lead function in execution after successful biddingWhat You BringCollege degree, preferably in process engineering or similar fields. Knowledge/ specialization in conventional island/ nuclear power plants are beneficial5+ years of successful tendering and proposals track record in the power sector preferredProficient in system engineering for water-/steam cycle and auxiliary systems, covering plant concept setup, Steam Turbine integration, Heat Balance Diagrams, P&ID design, main and auxiliary component process design, and Start-Up planningExceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, coupled with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS WordCapable of thriving in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment and open to occasional domestic and international travel (<10%)
