As of right now, this includes fuel-clad corrosion, environmentally assisted fatigue, irradiated assisted stress corrosion cracking, and general corrosion.• On issues pertaining to both technology and governance, they will offer their team technical direction and mentoring.• They will seek to find and promote synergies among the tests in their portfolio, such as ways to optimise and de-risk the project. They will see to it that all hazards and lessons are taken into account.• They will oversee team resource management in order to maximise individual capabilities and promote delivery.• They will guide, assist, and help each member of their team grow.• They will push for ongoing development both inside their group and across the entire company.Required Skills (Technical Competency):• Equivalent to a degree in the relevant field of study.• Have professional recognition from the relevant entity or be working towards it. • Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to create and keep up a solid strategy and handle opportunities, risks, and costs. • Proven track record of creating and managing productive cross-functional teams.• Experience with materials engineering, particularly in the nuclear field, is preferred. • The capacity to acquire difficult material, comprehend it, and convey it in a suitable and captivating manner.
