Test Lab Electrician – 2nd Shift
New Freedom, PA
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12am

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Lab Electrician to join our team in New Freedom, PA. This role is essential to supporting the electrical operations of our Test Lab and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of facility equipment.

What You’ll Do:
- Install, repair, and replace electrical circuitry and components
- Support product testing and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Perform facility equipment maintenance and repairs
- Build electrical enclosures and perform voltage tap changes on VFD drives
- Work from schematics, drawings, and test request documents
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety policies
- Use tools such as voltage meters, wire strippers, soldering irons, and hand drills
What You Bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with high voltages (required)
- Journeyman-level qualification but not required
- Ability to use trade tools and test equipment
- Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with lightweight materials
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Grantley Plant in York, PA
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a 120-day training program covering safety and technical competencies
- Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental policies
- Ability to identify hazards and recommend solutions
