Key Responsibilities

• Identify program knowledge gaps and collaborate with the Test & Evaluation (T&E) team, government SMEs, and vendors to recommend scope, develop plans, and prioritize T&E efforts to gain deeper insights into program performance.

• Assist the T&E Technical Lead and domain SMEs (Algorithm, Systems, and Human-Machine) in defining priorities, setting deadlines, and tracking progress on deliverables.

• Participate in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities as required.

• Analyze machine learning (ML) pipelines for data quality, model drift, and version control.

• Apply statistical and computational techniques to evaluate AI/ML model effectiveness in real-world or simulated environments.

• Support the development of a T&E Knowledge Repository to improve accessibility to key deliverables such as test plans, lessons learned, experimental outcomes, and performance metrics.

Minimum Required Technical Skills

• Experience in AI/ML Test and Evaluation (T&E) or related technology areas (e.g., data platforms)

• Proficiency in Model Verification & Validation, Statistical Analysis, and Performance Evaluation

• Knowledge of Adversarial Testing Strategies

Technical Skills

• Experience with MLOps and Automation frameworks

• B.S. and/or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, and related AI/ML tools and technologies
