JR56433 Test Equipment Engineer (Test)

As Testing Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support the activities in a manufacturing area and equipment plan for coordinates daily operations to meet production schedules. the mainly focus on Test Equipment and Test board interface and socket related skill, oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.​

Responsibilities and Tasks: ​
• Overall equipment efficiency utilization output calculation improvement analysis.​
• Test handler and tester troubleshooting.​
• Abnormal event analysis and improvement, CIP, DOE and 8D report analysis.​
• ECN and SOP/OCAP for all device profile control.​
• Machine PM control and improvement.​
• Work regular shifts but require on-call/on-duty if any equipment down in production line.​
• Machine KPI maintenance (PPJ, machine availability, Schedule Downtime, Un-Schedule Downtime, DUT disabled, MTBA, MTBF).​
• Coordinate department projects.​

Requirement:​
• Preferred to have over 3-year of working experiences in Equipment or Engineering background.​
• Conversation English with TOEIC 650 scores.​
• Bachelor degree or above.
