Job Summary:

Improve speed-to-market and the quality of our releases by increasing our level of automated testing. Support all test automation efforts by automating and adding tests to existing projects and frameworks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Write, design, execute, and maintain automated tests
• Communicates automation progress both in the build out of the suites and quality of tests run
• Collaborates with Test Automation Team, Developers, and Testers to analyze requirements and identify test automation candidates
• Stays current on new testing tools and capabilities in the market and analyzes their effectiveness in our process to suggest implementation
• Acquiring additional test automation knowledge and skill

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic QA skills (Requirement analysis, defect tracking, troubleshooting issues, etc.)
• An understanding of test automation concepts, testing techniques, and test levels
• Familiarity with basic concepts of programming and OOP such as C#
• Experience working with Selenium WebDriver or similar automated testing tools
• Ability to add automated tests to an existing test automation framework
• Very strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and task management skills

Education:

• 2 year junior college/2 year college training or relative IT experience
